ALTERATIONS TO ORDER You can alter an order only before the manufacturing starts by sending us an email with your name, and the details of the changes you wish to make. eXcite shade sails will send you an email confirming that the changes can be made.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

If the order is cancelled before the manufacturing starts, eXcite shade sails will post you a cheque.

FAULTY GOODS

Please inspect your goods upon delivery.  

eXcite shade sails will replace or remedy the goods if there is faulty material, faulty workmanship, goods damaged in transit, shortage in quantity or our error.

After the goods have been returned, if we agree with your reason for the return we will replace or remedy the fault at no extra cost to you.

Please email us at email  within 5 working days of receiving your order indicating the reason for your return.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

You are responsible for the safe return of the goods.

Return the goods with the original packaging.

LIABILITY

eXcite shade sails shall be under no liability whatever to the Client for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the Client in the event of a return of goods.

WARRANTY

  • A manufacturing warranty of 1 years on workmanship.
  • Shadecloth comes with a 10 year UV warranty from the fabric manufacturer.
  • Ferrari PVC comes with a 5 year warranty from the fabric manufacturer.
  • GORE® TENARA® Sewing Thread – 15 Years Warranty.

NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

  • The 1 year workmanship warranty does not cover any damage caused by incorrect installation.  The shade sail must be installed firm and tight, so as to reduce wind flap.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, vandalism, animals, strong winds, hailstorm, fire, lightning.
